Hello, so what do you all think of the present forum layout ? Do you think its fine as it is ? Would you like to see more forum categories ? I've played with the idea of a forum category for various products from the store such as a 'calea' forum a 'blue lotus' forum etc etc Do you guys and giurls think its a good idea or that the present layout is fine ? Not just the various plant categories but are the community forums ok or do they need expansion. Alas, you get the idea...
Up for all your input on this one so fire away
Personally, I like the layout, and I'm not too fond of forums with loads of categories for different plants and the like. If there's too many categories people don't use them and chuck the messages in 'General' anyway, so it kind of defeats the object really.
I'm not saying specific categries aren't a good idea, just that too many, or too specific, categories can be a bit of a waste of time.
no need to get species specific, just fine as it is right now...
although all the usage in 'traditional' may not be so... could renamed something different, but can't really think what - and no problems with it as it is...
oh just a small point. When you're opening a thread which you've been following that's had a lot of posts, it necessitates you to scroll down to the bottom, just to click the next link, or page number you want. Couldn't you just put it at the top, to save us always scrolling down.
you can get round this by using the "view posts since last visit", then clicking the "view latest post" icon (little white box) next to the latest contributers name in the last post column.
Personally, I bookmark the "view posts since last visit" page, so that I can keep up with things.
I'd need somewhere to post on medicine, and also other sciences. It is a bit difficult since my study is inter- disciplinary, and I am not interested in the conventional division of subjects. Neither am I interested in common drug talk. I will describe my way from schizophrenia, and alse my experiences. One area of research is primitive and native treatment of schizophrenia.
